Hotwire Hotel: 4* needed in Manhattan

I hope I've posted in the right forum but am looking for a hotel in Manhattan - preferably Times Square, Chelsea, Financial District, sort of area for 28 September for 3 nights.

Have been reading and rereading the rebidding tips and as far as I can see the following areas have no hotels under 4*

Lond Island City

Coney Island

Queens Bridge

Upper East Side

Maddison Square Gardens (has 3 and a half star)

I guess I should add each one of those but not sure what order to put the others that do have 4*. Should I start with Time Squaer?

Any advice really appreciated.
