I'm confused as to which hotel on the list this is likely to be?

Monaco doesn't have the Shuttle or Smoke Free Rooms.

Lorien and Morrison don't appear to have pools.

Westin doesn't have Boutique and adds Laundry to the list.

So, I'm guessing it's either the Monaco or the Westin? Any thoughts? I'm just nervous about booking and getting something not on the list, we won't have a car, so close-ish to the Metro is kind of a must.

This listing has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board; my guess is that this MAY be a new amenity set for the Monaco (while this doesn't guarantee, it does match the tripadvisor rating and does offer a shuttle), but that would be a guess.
