Background: I like the location and amenities of Toronto's Marriott Bloor Yorkville Hotel, so I used its address (90 Bloor Street East

If you're referring to the Marriott Bloor Yorkville having recently been upgraded from the 3* level to the 4* level, this property has always been 4* rated by HOTWIRE, afaik.

Circling back with a long-overdue (as I was reminded ;-)) follow-up - the 4* hotel ended up being Marriott Bloor Yorkville, and I really enjoyed the placement right in the heart of town.
