tekob Posted September 7, 2011 Report Posted September 7, 2011 I have bid for the past two days using all rebid zones. No luck up to $150. I will keep trying, if my luck changes I'll let you know.
thereuare Posted September 8, 2011 Report Posted September 8, 2011 These are expensive dates in the area... at the moment i think you'll likely need to be north of $200 for this Saturday nite in these zones. Are you going to keep trying with the same $150 maximum bid and hope for lower prices OR do you intend to increase your maximum bid? Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. tekob Posted September 8, 2011 Author Report Posted September 8, 2011 I am planning on keeping with the $150 limit. If it doesn't work I will just drive home. Living in the Bay Area I only book if it is a good deal. ("Good" depends on the going rate and how much I am willing to extend) If you see anything I miss please let me know.Thanks.
thereuare Posted September 8, 2011 Report Posted September 8, 2011 If you're bidding up to your limit there isn't really too much more you can do other than keep trying and hope rates 'break' sometime in the days ahead.Keep us update on your progress and let us know if we ca be of further help along the way. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.
