priceline airfares

New to priceline and wondering if anyone has gotten a good airfare closer to the date (1 week in advance) as opposed to

farther from the travel date (5 weeks in advance).

And how cheap can you actually get a ticket for? $50? $75? $100? with or without taxes?

Your prices above sound too low, but it's hard to have any idea without knowing where you are flying to/from, when, season, etc.
