Not sure what you're asking here, but if you're asking if there are other 3.5* properties besides the Hilton, i'll point out that the Hilton was reported above at the 4* level.

If you're asking if a 3.5* would vary in terms of quality from the Hilton, that would be difficult to stay as 1) star ratings are subjective and experiences, even at the same hotel, can vary greatly, and 2) there have not been any 3.5* hotels reported to the board in this zone, so there are no 'known' 3.5* hotels to compare this one to.

As the only hotel in islington area at the moment is a 3 1/2* I was wondering if it could be hilton?

This Hilton was last reported to the board about a month ago, and at that time it was a 4* hotel... it could have been downgraded since then and is the 3.5* you're currently seeing, but with these common amenities, i would think the 3.5* you're seeing is possibly a different hotel.
