Not sure if this is okay to post because the accommodation date has passed.

Anyway, I just wanted to share another PL bid that I won.

I was staying in The Blackstone Renaissance (which I won in PL) when hurricane Irene hit the east coast.

All flights going there were canceled, so I got stuck in Chicago.

So I extended my stay, still through PL with my winning bid amount.

I still needed 1 more night, so I started with the PRICELINE link here, and went on to bid.

I bid $80 for 1 night, Aug 30th, Millennium-Loop-GrantPark area, and won the Palmer House on the first try.

I stayed there last year (for a winning bid of $81).
