Priceline Hotel: 3.5* Minneapolis-St Paul (Bloomington West-MofA) Doubletree South

Placed a bid for 3.5* for Bloomington West MOA - 1 night stay 9/2/2011 (going to the Minnesota State Fair the next morning). First bid of $45 was rejected and was given a counter offer of $57. I declined that and added the Metrodome area, as that area does not have any 3.5* hotels. Placed a bid of $51 and it was accepted. Total for the 1 nights stay with taxes and fees is $70.08.

We have stayed at this property many times (Sheraton) but this will be the first time as the Doubletree. I'm sure that not much has changed other than the name. We were glad to get this property due to the fact that they have a large pool and this is the first time we will be taking our kids (5 & 3) to a hotel. Normally we get the king size bed in the room upon check in.... never had to ask for it. This time I plan to call ahead and ask for 2 queen beds just so I don't end up sleeping on the floor!
