Priceline Hotel: Help and advice for 4* NY in November

Hi Guys - First time on here so please be kind :)

Just need a little help and advice on the bidding process for Priceline and getting a 4* Hotel in New York in November.

My arrival date is the Tuesday 1st Novemebr and will be checking out on Friday 4th. (3 nights)

I would like a 4* (possibly 3.5*) in the following areas - In this order of priority

Downtown - Zone 5

Chelsea - Zone 3

Empire State Building Area - Zone 6

Madison Square - Zone 9

MTE - Zone 10

Time Square - Zone 13

MTW - Zone 11

Central Park South - Zone 2

I'm in the UK so my budget is around
