nenv Posted August 30, 2011 Author Report Posted August 30, 2011 Just a question - was about to start bidding for a Seattle hotel on the PRICELINE link here but when I got to the confirmation of bid section, it states that the room is only for 2 guests. Now, I have 3 guests. Do people think it's still safe using priceline and hope that whatever hotel I end up with, I can either get 2 double beds or a rollaway cot? Thanks in advance!
AaronJB Posted August 30, 2011 Report Posted August 30, 2011 Just to confirm, is this for 10/3 only?PRICELINE only guarantees 1 bed/double occupancy; one can request two beds with the hotel, but the hotel could say no or charge an added fee for more than one bed. HOTWIRE is a better choice in this case, as if you indicate three, you should get bedding for the party, which can be two beds or 1 + rollaway (or 1+sofabed.)Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
nenv Posted August 30, 2011 Author Report Posted August 30, 2011 Yes, for Oct 3 only for one night. How come my post on Hotwire is removed and moved to the Priceline forum?Since it's better that I go with Hotwire for 3 guests, can my original post not still remain on the HOTWIRE link so I can have some help figuring out which hotwire hotel it is?Thanks!

thereuare Posted August 30, 2011 Report Posted August 30, 2011 I've moved your thread back to the HOTWIRE section of the board. Please post rates in US currency (can be changed via the dropdown menu on the top right of their home page) so that rates on the board are consistent throughout. These amenities are common for a 4* hotel in the city, and the above matches the Renaissance, Sheraton and Westin, so either of these would be my best guess for this one. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Let us know how it goes or if we can be of further help. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
nenv Posted August 31, 2011 Author Report Posted August 31, 2011 Price is USD $127 Am debating getting it - once it's confirmed, I will post. Thanks for your help!
nenv Posted September 1, 2011 Author Report Posted September 1, 2011 Used the HOTWIRE link and yes, it was the Sheraton! Thanks for all your help.
