Yes when you show all amneties it also lists 24 hour desk, laundry (self service) and internet

The 3* matches both the Hyatt Place Universal and the Wingate by Wyndham so either of these would be my best guess for this one.

I don't have a guess for the condo property.

The 4* is a match for previous reports for the Crowne Plaza Universal so this would be my best guess here.
