-areas: all area in Manhattan.

Central Park South, Chelsea Area, Coney Island, Downtown, Empire State Building Area, Hell's Kitchen, Madison Square Garden, Midtown East, Midtown West, Times Square, Upper East Side, Upper West Side

-rate: 3* or better

-price: 200-230

I'm looking for the cheapest hotel which is 3 star above.
