Oddly enough, according to hotwire, the Westin brand will be 4 stars, not 3.5.

As an example, we have seen some Holiday Inn properties rated as lowe as 2* and has high as 3.5*. As well, if you read the 'Star Rating Descriptions' by HOTWIRE, the last line read:

Note that some brands feature hotels in more than one star rating category.
