Priceline Hotel: Hampton Inn across from Grove City Premium Outlets

Which area should I be bidding in? Will I find this on the Pennsylvania list of hotels? What's the best strategy to bid for the Hampton Inn?

Is this the Outlets at 1911 Leesburg Grove City Road Grove City, PA?

This area appears to be covered by PRICELINE's Youngstown OH region, and within the region is in the Mercer, PA zone. However, you can't bid on a specific hotel when using PRICELINE, you have to be able to accept any hotel in the zone at the star level (or higher) that you choose. With HOTWIRE you can often take an educated guess as to what is being offered based upon the amenities associated with the property, but it's still a 'best guess' and no guarantees you will receive the hotel you're hoping for. As well, HOTWIRE only shows one hotel at each star level per zone, so there is a chance the hotel you're hoping for isn't the one which is offered for your particular dates.

I'm really concerned with cleanliness as we are traveling with my 3 month old baby. Therefore, I would prefer the Holiday Inn which is 2.5 stars or the Hampton Inn which is 2 stars but in the same category as the Super 8 in Mercer. Do you have any suggestions?

If there are hotel(s) in the zone you're trying to target/avoid then HOTWIRE may be a better option... it may cost you a little more than PRICELINE, but you have a better chance at targeting/avoiding the hotel.
