Priceline Hotel: 3* London (South) Holiday Inn and Suites

I needed to reserve a local hotel for visiting relatives. Yesterday I tried submitting a $45 bid for a 3* London South hotel (rejected), then increased my bid to $50 and added London Central (also rejected). Today I tried again at $50 (rejected), so I added 2.5* hotels and increased my bid to $55. I was happy to get the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites for $69.77 total including taxes and fees (vs. the $108.91 published rate). This is the same hotel I put them up in last year, and the same hotel I've stayed in myself while renovating.
