Hotwire Hotel: Help ID 3.5* New Orleans FQ and 4* Downtown

I would appreciate your help identifying these hotels I found on Hotwire for the night of Sept. 4:

New Orleans French Quarter 3.5* ($59)

New Orleans Downtown 4* ($67)

Both have the same amenities listed:

Smoke Free Rooms

Fitness Center

Pool

Restaurant

Business Center

High-Speed Internet Access

Either sounds like a great deal, but I welcome your recommendations. Thanks in advance.

My guess would be the Sheraton for the 4* Downtown, while my guess for the 3.5* would be the Chateau Bourbon Wyndham.
