For priceline customer, you get many chances to get a handicapped room.I called before and even when I checked-in, I was told the room has one king size bed and one pull-out sofa bed. Surprisingly, I only got the smallest room without the sofabed. My family have two kids, two adult. They only provide one portable bed. You can imagine how squeeze the room. The problem is they only told you in last minute. Because I rushed to go to see the show in the city, I didn't checked the room when I got my room card. If you complained about the small room, you will be told you booked from Priceline, they can do nothing for you.Don't trust the frontdesk too much. Link to comment
