Anyone have luck bidding for a 4 star oceanfront hotel on South Beach collins area? I have been bidding everyday starting from $125 to $142 as of today but everytime my offer has been declined and every single day they give me a one time opportunity to raise my bid to $165 without changing my area or star choices.

I have a few more days before I am going to have to finalize something and could use help/tips.

I want to spend no more than $150 -$160 including resort fees which could be a little or a lot.

The HOTWIRE listing would be a possible match for the Shore Club. If you got a counter-offer on PRICELINE, the likely required bid is between the $165 counter-offer and your last bid. If you do want to continue bidding, I'd continue higher by $3's, as you're probably close.
