I need help ID'ing a Hotwire 4.5 star hotel in the London (UK) Mayfair-Soho area.

A 4.5* property with this amenity set has not yet been reported to the board, but i'll point out that this property also has a 3.0/5.0 Tripadvisor rating, which is not that good (and probably not what is expected from a 4.5* property). A guess would be the Sheraton Park Lane downgraded to the 4.5* level since last reported to the board, but that's just a guess and i'm far from certain.
