Hotwire Hotel: Downtown Soho Hotels for 2 adults, 2 kids

Hi... I'm thinking of using Hotwire to book 1 hotel room for 2 adults, 2 kids May 18-23 (5 nights). I'll wait a while before booking, but am doing a trial search to get a sense of what's available. Please help me identify these 3 results...

1. Downtown - Soho - Financial District - 3 star - $187. Amenities - Restaurant, Business Centre, High-Speed Internet Access

2. Downtown - Soho - Financial District - 2-1/2 star - $229. Amenities - Complimentary Breakfast, Fitness Centre, High-Speed Internet Access

3. Downtown - Soho - Financial District - 2-star - $242. Amenities - High-Speed Internet Access.

Ideally, I'm hoping to book Courtyard Marriott Manhattan Soho - 1 room with 2 double beds. Do this hotel's quad rooms ever feature on the hotwire site?

The 2* has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board, but my guess for the 3* would be the Holiday Inn Soho or Hilton Garden Inn Tribeca. My guess for the 2.5* would be the Holiday Inn Express Wall St.

You can see all hotels reported to the board in the Hotwire Hotel List. However, HOTWIRE only shows one hotel at each star level per zone, so there is a chance the hotel you're hoping for isn't the one which is offered for your particular dates. (and searching for quad occupancy also may limit your options as not all hotels in NYC offer the opaque providers rooms for more than double occupancy)
