Hotwire Hotel: 5* Las Vegas Strip - North

Hi, I always use the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start my purchases and searches.

I am trying to book 3 hotel rooms for two nights checking in 9/23/2011. I am getting an offer on hotwire for $201 per room per night. Below are the amenities. What are thoughts for priceline? Any chance of getting an equivalent for lower? I called the Venetian and they said rack rates right now are over $400 per night.

This Hotel features the following amenities:

Seeing "Kitchenette" makes me think this is a condo, unless they count the minifridge in the venetian/wynn a kitchenette.
