Bid $60 for Surrey - Pitt Meadows - Rejected Added North Vancouver - Bid $63 - RejectedAdded Langley - Bid $66 - WonTaxes and Fees = $17.70Normal price for this property today was 106 + 15 taxes and fees.Quite happy with this result, this board was helpful, thanks.
