Wow, Labour Day weekend is a tough time to bid... I should've booked earlier! But I digress... it's still a pretty good rate for this time of year!

Not sure about the hotel though. According to tripadvisor reviews, it's a great hotel with a great location and the negatives are: small rooms and thin walls.
