This is a 3.5 star hotel, and not a 3 star hotel. I think someone may have inadvertently changed my subject line. I called the hotel and they told me that they are in fact a 3.5 star hotel and may have been upgraded recently.

I'll check on this in the coming days, but PRICELINE requires that 3.5* hotel have a full service restaurant and offer room service, which this hotel doesn't appear to have, so i'm not sure how it obtained a 3.5* rating.
