I got this on the first try. I eyeballed it by looking at previous posts. My bid was $ 65 for a 3* and they gave me the 4* Sheraton Gateway. So.. for that date, a few $$$ less would have done the trick(I think).

If you bid this area again at the 3 star level start much lower and/or ask for a suggested strategy... this zone can usually be had pretty cheaply.
