Got it for $70 a night so the total came to $87.71. Tried lower with no luck. I stayed at this hotel last year on the same night (Sunday night before labor day). It is very nice but don't plan on sleeping in past 10 AM, because the Labor Day Parade go right behind it and it is very LOUD!

I'm new to the board. Please help me figure out what i'm doing wrong. I'm trying to book 4* like this one for 9/9/11 - 9/11/11. I've been trying to bid on priceline website since July and i"ve been unsuccessful. I see people get it for $70-75 but I've been bidding daily and I'm not up to $80 still no luck. There is no big event going on in Pittsburgh that weekend, the Steelers are even away so I know a bunch of hotels must have vacancy. Is there some special secret i'm missing?

Measy, Welcome to Betterbidding. :)

Different dates do require different rates, so your dates may be busier due to a convention or other traffic.

Please start a new thread with more information about your stay (desired zones, star rating, dates) and we would be happy to help.

Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
