When you see "Strip South" on the board it's the same as PRICELINE's Strip South Vicinity zone.

Are you looking to use HOTWIRE or PRICELINE for this purchase? HOTWIRE gives you the ability to take a guess as to the property before your purchase and know the amenities offered by the hotel (ie- if you want to ensure the hotel you purchase has a Casino, has Smoke Free rooms, etc) but usually costs a little more... with PRICELINE it usually costs a little less then HOTWIRE but you need to be willing to accept any hotel in the zone at the star rating (or higher) that you select.
