My guess is that that this is the Sheraton Downtown upgraded to the 3.5* level OR the Sheraton University with a new/limited amenity set.

If you change your search to 2adults/2children a 'new' 3.5* appears in this zone with for the same price but with:

Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Smoke Free, Hi-Speed Internet, Business

I believe this is the same hotel that is showing on your 3* search but with a different amenity set. This 2adult/2children property matches previously reports the amenities of the Sheraton University (last reported at the 3.5* level) and the amenities of the Sheraton Downtown (last reported at the 3* level... but the Sheraton Downtown has also been seen with just Restaurant, Fitness, Internet... which is why both of these seem like likely possibilities)

Thank you. I am worried we will end up with the Sheraton University with this one - and that location wouldn't be ideal.

Upon closer inspection it appears that HOTWIRE has separated the University area from City Center West zone into its own zone... so the Sheraton University would not be a possible outcome for the above since it is in HOTWIRE's new University zone (look at the map and confirm for yourself).... which would make the Sheraton City Center my best guess for the property above.
