rooleezard Posted August 13, 2011 Report Posted August 13, 2011 Hello!I have never used priceline before, but I was wondering if you have a bid strategy for the Chelsea-SoHo area for 10/27-10/30. I am looking for 3.5* to 4* star hotels. I would like to spend no more than $200/night. Do you suggest I bid now, or wait? Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
AaronJB Posted August 14, 2011 Report Posted August 14, 2011 Welcome to Betterbidding. :)Soho is within the Downtown-Soho-Financial District zone, and one has to be willing to be within any part of that zone. Chelsea is a separate zone. Are you willing to be anywhere within either zone? There is a map of the zones shown during the bidding process.Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
thereuare Posted August 14, 2011 Report Posted August 14, 2011 In addition to the above, are you willing to pay more for a 4* vs. a 3.5* OR is your goal the least expensive 3.5* or better for this stay?Let us know and we'll advise accordingly. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.
