This property has not yet been reported to the board, but i think this may be a new (limited) amenity set for the Holdiay Inn Express (Polaris Ave). If you change your search to 2aduts/2children a new 3* hotel appears in this zone for just about the same price with:

Complimentary Breakfast, Pool, Fitness, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Laundry

This is match for the Holiday Inn Express and if you're interested in this property this would be the 'safer' way to play it, imo (i'd even pay a few dollars more to purchase this way since a higher degree of confidence and it shows a 4.0/5.0 Tripadvisor rating, so even if not the Holiday Inn Express, at least you know it's a decent / well reviewed property)

Hi, so I enede up booking this last hote near south, I guessed it was the Silverton Hotel I checked on Trip advisor and reviews looked pretty good so I clicked and it was indeed. THanks alot!!!! :)
