We are staying at the Courtyard by Marriott on Third Avenue for one night during Labor Day Weekend.

For informational purposes, I had made a number of bidding attempts before getting the winning bid:

1st: $100 - 3 1/2 Star - Midtown West, Upper West Side, Times Square, Central Park South, Hell's Kitchen

2nd: $110 - 3 1/2 Star - Added Midtown East

3rd: $120 - 3 1/2 Star - Added Madison Square Garden

4th: $120 - Added 3 Star - Won
