i_have_no_idea
looks like that's a decent price for that time, considering most of the major sites are above $200 for those night.however, my backup plan was $200 for a partial ocean view at the Sheraton Moana Surfrider, so I'm getting mixed feeling for winning this bid.The Moana Surfrider is a "kama aina" rate through a friend.I don't know........I guess I have no choice since the Priceline bid is final and non-refundable.oh well.........life goes on....... If not, what was your highest rejected bid on this bidding cycle? You saved over $150 over your back-up rate... i'd be pretty pleased with that!Enjoy your stay and thanks for posting. i_have_no_idea
it was my thrid bid.first bid was $135 in Waikiki South only.then up it to $140and finally up it to $145 and included Waikiki North.yeah, the savings is nice but the Surfrider is right on the beach and it's a really nice property too.oh well..... i guess i'll have a bigger spending budget now. LoneStar
I haven't stayed at the Prince, but other than a few beefs about its location, everyone seems to like it. So you should have a fine stay.I've stated before that I don't think the Waikiki 4-stars offer enough value over the 3-stars to make them "worth it" these days, but that's a matter of individual preference.Regardless, you bid for what you wanted, you got it, and priceline's not going to let you change your mind. So be happy! You'll certainly have a nice Hawaiian vacation. :) Link to comment
