Priceline Hotel: 4* San Francisco (Financial District-Embarcadero) Hyatt

Its our first time and thinking of staying in Embarcadero, Fishermans Wharf, Union Square East or West

Prefer 3.5* or 4* at no more than $130/night.

If it becomes more than this, will likely use points for Sat night stay and PL for a (hopefully) cheaper Sunday only (is sub<$90 possible?)

NB, wife is being a good sport about 5 hotels in 5 nights, but would be nice to stay in the same place for 2 nights! :)

I do think you have a good chance within this budget... did you want to try for a 4* first up to your limit, then if rejected try for a 3.5*... OR is your goal the least expensive 3.5* or better for this stay?

What a great deal! I thought our deal at $95/night for the same property was sweet. Same weekend, we're just staying an extra night on the front end. I guess I should have stopped here one more time before bidding tonight. :)
