Priceline Hotel: need advise with waikiki bidding

fellas,

Using priceline, i searched hotels by star-rates.

The result showed a list of hotels, but i am wondering whether the list contains all possible hotels of the rate.

Although many in this forum showed to succeed on bid for Sheraton Waikiki, for example, the searching result never showed Seraton waikiki.

If out-of-list-hotel could be chosen by bidding, it might be too risky to me.

I am little confused. Give me some advise. thanks.
