Tried bidding a couple of days ago up to $49, all were rejected.

Started again yesterday with $49, immediate counter offer for $63. I continued adding zones and ended up with the Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites Airport West for $58. Seems like a good deal. There is a convention in town and prices are slightly elevated through Wed. 8/17.
