Located 10 minute walk to gare du nord, where I will need to catch the RER every day. Was hoping for Latin Quarter, but nothing popped up on Priceline or Hotwire for those dates.

Also, please clarify the dates of your stay as it's originally posted as 9/27-9/31 but Sept 31 isn't a valid date, so not sure if you meant August, Sept 30, or October 1.
