joannag
I love this board! I just won a bid for the Doubletree (normally $149 a night) for $38. The dates of the stay are 6/14 - 6/15.1st bid - $30 seattle airport - rejectedthen, to my surprise, they gave me a free bid for the same area if i up-ed my price by $8. I've never seen that before.2nd bid - $38 seattle airport - acceptedThanks for everyone's help. Link to comment
thereuare
Congratulations on your winning bid and thank you for sharing it with the rest of us.Priceline allowing you to bid again immediately without changing anything is what we refer to as a counter-offer. These can almost always be undercut by using re-bid zones, but you can read more about counter-offers here: PRICELINE SUGGESTS PRICE TO PAY.Thanks again for posting and have a great stay.
