I tried getting a 3-star hotel at SeaTac for the one night, first at $45, and then again at $50 using Kirkland as a secondary because it doesn't have any 3-star hotels.

No go.

Will try again in 24 hours.

I don't know the 'right' price, but i think it could take as much as $90 for this nite.

Given you have a little time, using your re-bid zones, i would try:

$70 / $75 if rejected wait 24 hours...

$80 / $85 if rejected wait 24 hours...

$75 / $90
