Hotwire Hotel: 3* Boston (Cambridge) Holiday Inn Express

Newbie here, so bear with me. I am in need of a hotel 8/10-8/13 in Boston/Cambridge area. Hotwire has a three star listed with only amenity being breakfast for $136. I see the listing has three choices with breakfast:

Seems like okay deal, but before committing I really need to know the location as ideally I want to be near T-stop for going downtown. Also would prefer to know parking situation so I include that in the budget. I have a "normal" reservation at Medford Hyatt for $161, but need to take shuttle to T-stop (but does have free parking).

Any ideas out there which one it might be?

My best guess is that this is the Best Western Tria showing only a limited number of icons, but if you are interested in this property, i think there is a better way to play it. Similarly, there is a 3.5* in the Cambridge zone believed to be the well reviewed Hotel Veritas for just $20 more per nite. Also, if you're trying to be d close to the T so you can get downtown, why not just stay downtown? HOTWIRE has a 3.5* in the Back Bay zone for a little more at $154/nite, which i'm guessing is the Hilton Back Bay or Sheraton.

Let us know your thoughts on the above options and how you'd like to proceed and we'll take it from there.

Thanks. I had to go with the original 3 star in Cambridge with the free breakfast. I agree with your overall analysis and we considered downtown, but we are also seeing relatives in the Arlington area (and plan on seeing the Harvard Natural History musuem and the Boston Science Museum), so the best location seemed to be Cambridge to be accessible to all without having to drive in and out of downtown. The 3 star Cambridge (just free breakfast showed) turned out to be Holiday Inn Express and Suites ($136).
