The second one is 3 Stars and the amenities are Airport Shuttle, No Smoking, Complimentary Breakfast, Fitness Center, Pool, Business Center & High Speed Internet. The price is 190.00

The 4* is a match for the Renaissance while the 3.5* is a match for the Hyatt Place Airport North, so these would be my best guess for each.
