Hotwire Hotel: Help ID 3.5* condo in Coral Gables - Coconut Grove

Hi,

I would like some help id'ing a hotel with the following amenities:

3.5-star Condo in Coral Gables - Coconut Grove

This Condo features the following amenities:

1 Bedroom Suite

Fully-equipped Kitchen

Daily Housekeeping

Air-Conditioning

Fitness Center

Pool(s)

Restaurant(s)

24-hour Front Desk

High-Speed Internet Access

Condo

I was quoted $89/night and the place has a 70% rating on Hotwire and a 4.5/5 rating on TripAdvisor. My one concern is that I need to accommodate 3 adults in this unit.

The dates for the stay are 9/21-9/23 and I did do a search for 3 adults, but from some of my reading here, I know that it doesn't always means fits 3 adults comfortably. And from the description, I didn't read anything about a pull-out sofabed, so I am not sure if the 3rd adult is supposed to stay on the couch.

If anyone has any other suggestions, I am open to it. I just wanted a bit more space (because of 3 adults), good amenities and reasonable price (preferably around $100/night).

If you search for 3adults there will be accommodations for 3 adults. I would use the comfortably, but i guess it depends upon your own definition... the second 'bed' could be a pullout sofabed, rollaway, etc... it won't be a sofa that doesn't pull out into a bed. If you consider a sofabed or rollaway 'comfortable', then you shouldn't have any problems.

The above is a match for the Mutiny so that would be my best guess for this one.

I was quoted $84/night for 9/21 to 9/23 and the place has a 45% rating on Hotwire. From the hotel list provided on this forum, it could possibly be the 3* Newport Beachside Resort (Amenities: Resort, Beachfront, Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Hi-Speed Internet, Golf, Tennis, Spa, Kitchenette, Children Activities, Laundry), but all the amenities do not quite seem the same. Any thoughts on what hotel this is? And does anyone have any experience at this place?

Sorry about the newbie error. And thanks for your advice about the second hotel. I just wanted to know its name so I could do more research on the place, but you are right. It does sound sketchy.

The 3* Miami Beach property above is a match for the the Riu Florida Beach so that would be my best guess for this one.
