Hotwire Hotel: Possible 5* Las Vegas Strip, 08/25-08/30

Hello,

I recently sought out this forum's guidance for tips on bidding for a five star resort on the strip but my price conscious friends chose to stay at the monte carlo instead.

This time I'm booking for myself and I really want to experience the luxury of Vegas... So I have been considering booking for the above dates anywhere on the strip. Through a little research on this forum I'm seeing that most likely a 75-90 dollar bid per night will likely get me a room at the Vdara. Does this sound approximately correct? I'd really prefer to stay at the Wynn/Venetian/Bellagio/Palazzo etc but looking at retail prices for each of these places, that seems extremely unlikely. I'm willing to spend up to 125 per night. What does this forum think? Thanks for your assistance.

Please follow-up your previous Las Vegas hotel thread with what you did for that stay... nobody reading your previous thread will know to look here to learn that you decide to stay at the Monte Carlo. Also, please note from your support page that we are an affiliate of the Monte Carlo as well as the other MGM Grand owned hotels on the strip, and most other major online booking agencies, please check for and use the links there whenever possible.
