It looks like I could have gone as low as $38 but I bid a little higher hoping to get the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriot. Got the Jameson Inn instead. Oh well. This looks like a nice enough property. Hotels.com price for the Fairfield was $129, this hotel was $90.Used the BB PRICELINE link.
