Priceline Hotel: 3* London 08/20 - 08/24

This may be a hard one. Two friends of mine will spend 4 days in London and asked me to look for a hotel.

Unfortunaley, prices are pretty high and the two definetely are on a budet. Hotwire hasn't anything particulary suitable to offer either.

So, what I'm looking for is a 3*-Hotel in the central areas of London (Chelsea, Kensington, Nottinghill, Bloomsbury, Mayfair, Westminster, The City, Finsbury) at a maximum price of 90$ before taxes.

Could you help me out with this?

Didn't have any luck, my friend have decided to stay at an HI Express (Chingford) a little outside of the city for 114

Glad they found something. For future reference, during the summer a number of the London colleges rent student rooms to tourists. Simple accommodation, but it can be quite workable when on a tight budget. I did it in Dublin when hotel rates were way outside my budget. If you are interested, search on something like "london dorm rooms summer".
