thereuare Posted July 25, 2011 Report Posted July 25, 2011 Welcome to BetterBidding! The 4* matches both the Hyatt Regency and the Le Sheraton Centre so either of these would be my best guess for this one.The 4.5* matches previous reports for the Inter-Continental Montreal so that would be my best guess here. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Let us know how it goes or if we can be of further help. Dolphin2 Posted July 25, 2011 Author Report Posted July 25, 2011 EDITED...Just saw that my price on Hotwire went up and I decided that maybe a try on PL would be a good idea...Montreal Downtown OR VIEUX MONTREAL2 adults4*August 6th , 1 night..How much should I start? And how do I determine that price?Would like to get a price under hotwire 4* (120 USD)
Dolphin2 Posted July 25, 2011 Author Report Posted July 25, 2011 Weird, just rechecked and it's back to the original price???
thereuare Posted July 25, 2011 Report Posted July 25, 2011 It's not uncommon for HOTWIRE to fluctuate the prices a bit from search to search... they do this so that the $45 hotel in the zone isn't always HotelA and the $48 hotel in the zone isn't always HotelB. If they fluctuate the prices, when the hotel offered is between $48-$55, you're not sure which hotel it might be.Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Dolphin2 Posted August 8, 2011 Author Report Posted August 8, 2011 Just returned...Really nice hotel. They changed us to a king size bed room... Really nice people at the registration.... They even made a mistake after we got to our room. A person working for the hotel came and give us a gift with a plate of chocolate truffles and ice wine cider... It wasn't destined to us but when I told them that, they said to keep it and enjoy it :)Really nice time at the hotel!
