Priceline Hotel: HELP! Need a Great Hotel in NYC Fri 6/3-6/5

Hi!

I'm taking my daughter to NYC for some power shopping (and maybe a show) this weekend. I'd like to stay in the Theatre District or really closeby- just so that she can feel the pulse of NYC. Checked out EasyClickTravel, but don't know what I'm getting.

I'm interested in several hotels that I identified via the reverse lookup, but when I went to the hotels actual website, they are showing that they are sold out.

Since the EasyClickTravel Travel status notes: "On Request", what are the chances of actually getting the room that they advertise?

..and how long does it take to get a confirmation of your reservation?

Given the nearness of your stay, i would avoid any properties which are listed as "on request". On Request properties are supposed to take 48 hours to hear back, but it usually takes longer, even though they have since put an entire group dedicated to only checking availability to fufill on request offers.

For properties marked as 'available', confirmation is immediate.
