We are going to Providence 9/3 to 9/4 to drop my son off at college. (I did put this in on the link from this page.) I have searched many hotels in that area but can't find one without a pool but with a restaurant.

In Tampa (I just noted it on the old thread) I ended up booking Country Inn and Suites directly since we needed to be near that location and didn't want to battle traffic for my daughter's camp.

Hotels need to have all the amenities listed... but don't need to list all the amenities they have. The best example of this is that almost all hotels (in the US at least) offer hi-speed internet access... yes there are still a fairly large percentage of HOTWIRE properties which do not show this icon.

If a Pool icon is shown you can exclude a hotel which doesn't offer a pool... but if a pool icon is not shown, you can't exclude a hotel that has a pool.
