shassy Posted July 22, 2011 Report Share Posted July 22, 2011 I actually wanted to stay in the walkable downtown area of Madison, but I could see from the posts that most people were getting the Sheraton (which isn't centrally located downtown, even though it's in the Priceline "Downtown" area). I had also read on Tripadvisor that the rooms in this hotel are a little on the small side, and we'll have two small kids. BUT I priced out the other hotels and decided that even with the inconvenience of driving, saving loads of money was worth it.So I used your PRICELINE link and got it at $43/night like other users have been doing, first try. Cheapest online price for this hotel is $80/night plus tax, and the suite-style hotels I had looked at were about $250/night. Link to comment
