this is for 2 Adults and 2 Children in 1 room. Any guesses as to what this property might be? I'm a little leery at booking a 1* property but it is only for 2 nights. Thank you for your help.

My best guess is that this is the Super 8 Grove City.

Besides the 1* rating, i'd note the 2.0/5.0 Tripadvisor rating, which also gives reason for concern.
