Hotwire Hotel: Help Identify 4* LV Strip South Area Hotel

Also, selection seems weaker and more expensive on this weekend than others. Any thoughts on why?

My guess is that this is the Westin Casuarina showing a new amenity combination.

Rates for a 3 nites stay, include 2 weekend nites, don't seem that high to me. Do you need a hotel with a casino and what is your maximum budget for this stay?

Don't forget that is the weekend before Holloween. I think a lot of the hotels and the clubs have special parties celebrating. It wouldn't surprise me if that's why you're seeing a little higher rates as well.

Thank you both. Yes, looking for casino hotel. Perhaps it's not the rates that are high but that the 4 and 5* properties seem to be those without casinos whereas in the prior weekend people seem to be getting the wynn and the venetian on hotwire.

I haven't researched it, but just the other day i was thinking how we actually haven't seen that many 5* wins in the Strip North zone lately, i think inventory in that part of the zone has dried up and/or the hotels are not discounting as much (making the Strip South zone a better value/option)

When bidding i the Strip South zone landing a 5* hotel without a casino is a definite possibility, and you know your needs better then we do, but should you land the Vdara, is the Aria too far away to get to a casino?
